Sinds 2018 komen beeldend kunstenaars die actief zijn in het atelier van Globe Aroma maandelijks samen met een groep studenten Illustratie van LUCA School of Arts Campus Gent. Doel van deze ontmoeting: elkaars portretten tekenen en tegelijkertijd experimenteren met uiteenlopende druk- en tekentechnieken. In het S.M.A.K. Beweegt Paviljoen loopt van 8 februari 2020 tot 3 mei 2020 een expo van het project. Op vrijdag 6 maart bezoeken we de expo, krijgen we een rondleiding door de andere expo’s (van o.a. Kris Martin) die lopen in het SMAK en biedt het museum ons een diner na.

Since 2018, visual artists active in Globe Aroma’s studio meet monthly with a group of Illustration students from LUCA School of Arts Campus Ghent. The aim of this meeting: to draw each other’s portraits and at the same time experiment with various printing and drawing techniques. In the S.M.A.K. Beweegt Paviljoen there will be an exhibition of the project from 8 February 2020 to 3 May 2020. On Friday 6 March we will visit the expo, get a guided tour of the other expos (by Kris Martin, among others) that are running in the SMAK and the museum will offer us dinner.
