On 3 December Art For All goes to Korrol.

After the successful family shows Plock! and murmur, Border Case is creating KORROL, a new circus perfomance for everyone ages four and up.

In KORROL, an acrobatic architect composes space with pounds of concrete. Jonas builds massive towers, the towers turn into a city, a desolate plain, a human being. But every time he tries to lay the last stone, a new idea unfolds.

Jonas balances fearfully on shaky structures, jumps on his hands from stone to stone. But no matter what he tries: everything remains so stiff and still. Until he puts on the concrete: spinning on leaden shoes he orchestrates a small ballet, in a duet with a massive ball he skims right past his audience. Jonas rebuilds the entire space and his body with concrete. When fatigue sets in, he lays his concrete head to rest in the hands of a spectator. But his work is far from finished…

In a world of traveling and palpable sound, an artist rebuilds the world. Result: vibrant new circus sound theater where the audience is in the middle. With drumming blocks, a petrified acrobat and dancing concrete.

We will meet with the group at Globe Aroma at 14h15.
