Together with partners such as Fedasil Bordet and Fedasil Schaarbeek, we are working on a sustainable connection between youngsters and cultural actors.

We start from the project ART FOR ALL – a Globe Aroma project existing for 15 years in which people with  newcomer backgrounds select an activity program from the cultural offerings in Brussels – and adapt it to the needs of youngsters. This project allows them to get to know cultural players outside the reception center and to map Brussels in relation to these cultural places.

With ART 4 YOU(TH), we are working with people between 14 and 18 years old who reside in the reception centers as unaccompanied minors asylum seekers.

Weekly, we organise cultural activities where they discover a cultural place, meet collaborators, artists and audiences. Afterwards, we delve into an art practice such as photography, illustration dance, music,… The youngsters determine the orientation, scale, rhythm and content of this project.

ART 4 YOU(TH) offers sustainability through the project ART FOR ALL which brings together participants between the ages of 16 and 80. Youngsters who participate in ART 4 YOU(TH) can then move on to Art For All where their experiences are shared by joining the participation group or becoming an ambassador (facilitator of the activity).
