Design Feedback Session

Next month, the first phase of the renovation works in our building will begin. These works will focus on the rear part of the building.

A group of 10 people active in and around Globe Aroma developed a design proposal for the new toilets during an intensive Toilet Design Week. They based their work on previous community discussions that mapped out the intersectional needs behind a toilet design (see ‘Pipi Praat’).

The architects from ‘New South/Studio Campus + Karel Bruyland’ have in turn created a design proposal for the other spaces in the rear building (like the atrium space with adjacent workspaces), also based on extensive community conversations.

On Friday, May 23, we are organizing an open feedback session in which we will evaluate the designs together, so that the architects can finalize them for implementation.
