Drache Nationale – Anoraks company 

When Gene Kelly sang ‘I’m singing in the rain’, the Anorak company did it better. With humour and derision, the three companions have spun a little ‘circus fable’ in response to the question, a droll, zany string of moments when nothing goes right, with a queen in the rain, a slow dance at a first party, the death of the best friend, failed dreams, small victories, an inventory of fiascoes and above all: juggling.

Munsch

Munsch expresses stifled cries, those we can’t get out. Internal, sublimated or expelled, they become melodies, textures or moods. Trombone, accordion and percussion hybridise, augmented by electronics, time stretches and contracts, meandering through genres – electronic music, jazz, folk melodies – and registers of emotion.
