7 Element Art / Tatiana Zubieta x Bar Chaud / AB

From 25 to 29 August, artist Tatiana Zubieta presents five new sculptures in the Parc Royal, as part of Bar Chaud / Boterhammen In Het Park by Ancienne Belgique.

For this project, she reimagines the park’s rubbish bins by integrating them into her installations—rendering them temporarily unusable and transforming them into something new. Working under the name 7 Element Art, Zubieta gives these everyday objects an alternative function, questioning our relationship with waste.

Using industrial materials such as metal, motors, and wires, her practice focuses on the transformation of recycled and found materials—an artistic stance against the extraction and exploitation of new raw resources.
