A COLLECTIVE MAPPING OF ATELIER SPACES<\/p>\n
Via the\u00a0artistic workplace<\/strong>, Globe Aroma supports artists by providing them with a\u00a0space<\/strong>\u00a0where to work and think. Working in our shared studio means embracing understanding, compromise, communication and collective decision-making.<\/p>\n As part of our\u00a0House of Collective Imagination<\/strong>, we (the team, the community and the architects) want to engage in a wide-ranging reflection entitled \u2018SSSSHARING<\/strong>\u2018 on our shared spaces to expand our imaginations and create new narratives.<\/p>\n In our first attempt with our \u201cWhat\u2019s a door<\/strong>\u201d trajectory (2023) via\u00a0ART FOR ALL<\/strong>\u00a0project, we developed a methodology based on observations and encounters to stimulate a future.<\/p>\n In February 2024, we launch a series of visits to various artistic studios. Our aim is to discover how other more or less shared spaces work, and to discuss \u2013 with the help of concrete examples \u2013 topics such as\u00a0privacy and community, <\/b>storage\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0archiving<\/strong>, the impact of\u00a0noise<\/strong>\u00a0on work processes,\u00a0communication<\/strong>,\u00a0rules<\/strong>,\u00a0networking,<\/strong>\u00a0\u2026<\/p>\n ERG (Ecole de Recherche Graphique) was our last stop.<\/strong><\/p>\n ERG (Ecole de Recherche Graphique)<\/strong>\u00a0is the place for artistic, plastic and graphic practices that enter theoretical and formal risk zones. A place and pedagogies to be collectively defined and redefined. It’s a place where we can learn from what doesn’t work.
