Geïnspireerd door sterke en krachtige figuren uit de vrouwelijke/non-binaire iconografie, symbolen en ornamenten, persoonlijke verhalen van voorouders en vrouwelijke rolmodellen, zullen Mirra en de vrouwen van ESPACE FXMME een compositie ontwerpen van vrouwelijke vriendschap en feministische waarden die zal worden tentoongesteld in de lobby van Globe Aroma

Het project maakt deel uit van het langere traject van Espace Fxmme:Talk with the Walls .

De muurschildering in de inkomhal zal worden toegepast als een eerste gebaar van gastvrijheid en een poging om te communiceren met bezoekers en gebruikers vanaf de muren.

*Mirra Markhaëva is een beeldend kunstenaar, geboren in 1992 in de kleine republiek Boerjatië. Haar vaardigheden omvatten illustratie, grafisch ontwerp, belettering, schilderen en beeldhouwen, maar ze is vooral gepassioneerd door het maken van muurschilderingen.

Drawing from a lineage of femme/non binary iconography of strong and powerful figures, symbols & ornaments, personal storytelling of ancestors and wxmen role models, Mirra and the wxmen of ESPACE FXMME will design a composition of femme friendship and feminist values and apply it in the entrance hall of Globe Aroma.

The project belongs to the longer trajectory of Espace Fxmme:  Talk with the Walls

The mural at the entrance hall will act as a first hospitality gesture and communication attempt to talk to the visitors and users from the walls.

*Mirra Markhaëva is a visual artist born in 1992 in the little republic named Buryatia. The range of her skills includes illustration, graphic design, lettering, painting, and sculpting but mostly she’s passionate about the creation of murals.
